Seamless. Be SURE your measurements are good when you build your template and it will go well. Laminating shouldn't be trouble if you have a decent roll-to-roll laminator.

We used to have a roll here that I think was either made by Leo's (now out of business) or Gerber, but now discontinued. I can't see any current vendors that offer this product, but it wouldn't be that hard to set up and print it.

You could also print to a clear cast vinyl, laminate it, and laminate that combo onto the fluorescent vinyl.

Could you use Gerber Omega to plot from? I've never ran into an older plotter (in my experience) that it won't plot to if installed correctly.

FWIW, I hate that they're calling it 280, which is one of our "staples" here at our shop. We order 3M/Gerber 280 series vinyl all the time.

The issue we are having is the Onyx Cut Server and communication between the plotters and the RIP through Java over the network/IP addresses. It is more prevalent of an issue the more plotters you have running at once trying to communicate with the CutServer. Onyx/Graphtec know about the issue...
