It's hit or miss, but worth a shot with a clogged head. I've recovered dozens by pushing and pulling ink, soaking, sonicating, etc. I'd let the head soak in whatever solvent you've decided on overnight. Then hook up the syringe and push/pull. Be careful though. It's not very difficult to bust...

If your other colors are coming out correct, why not just print a color chart(s) and adjust those 2 spot colors accordingly?
