Can you run a cleaning cycle and have a look underneath the heads?
It sounds like it's rubbing on the waste pad or something when it travels near the 'home' side of the gantry.
Maybe check that the waste pad is secured down all the way so it's not protruding and causing the heads to hit it.

It's a template file for cutting PPF.
Have you tried to remove any of those wraps yet?
Avery had some issues in the past where vinyl removal also included the vehicle paint from what a supplier has told us.
We have only ever wrapped with 180C or 1080 so haven't had any issues... yet.
Are you only getting this on orange gradients?
What about something like blue?
Good question about enlarging above too... if you're doing a big enlargement this could be contributing.
If Roland keep producing machines of the same quality as the last 5 years, I'd be quite happy holding on to our 80600 which still trounces anything they've released :roflmao:
I'd expect a S90600 to be nearby though... the S80600 have been out for 6 years now. Covid threw a spanner in the works...

He just means normal cut line... no break/perf pattern. The labels will still hold in the sheet. We did 200 this way today... If you have it set up properly you can just shake the sheet once it comes off the printer and all the labels drop out. Easy work.
Hello dear community.
I have a problem with my printer. I changed the OP cartridge and then got the error 26.05:10 cartridge is leaking. Luckily I had already ordered the replacement cartridge. Cartridge out, new one in. Error 26.05:10 came back
In the diagnosis menu tries to reset via 3.3.2...
I'd be very wary of this advice. It has nothing to do with the thickness of DI-NOC, even a low powered laser can cut it. It's the PVC content that makes it dangerous... the "C" is chlorine which when lasered turns into an extremely toxic gas which will harm humans/animals and hydrochloric acid...
The Pro-2000, Pro-2100, Pro-4000, Pro-4000S, Pro-4100, Pro-4100S, Pro-6000, Pro-6000S, Pro-6100 and Pro-6100S all use the exact same single head setup... the PF-10.
Here are my gamut plots showing in blue mesh using the CcMmYKk inkset and green mesh showing how much additional gamut the OR inks provide on the S80600 measured with an i1Pro2 spectro while we were building some profiles:
