Marc, unplug the printer from the wall for 10-15 minutes or so and plug it back in,, it may just reset itself.. if not you may have main board issue.. also when did you noticed having this problem,, have you installed any parts prior this problem?

Ken, I have a couple of these older printers and hardly ever enter in any ranking numbers,, and the printing is just fine if the print head comes from Roland it may come with ranking numbers. otherwise it may not..

Well,, I did corrected the problem! All the Ranking numbers were wrong,,, I entered in the correct numbers were on the heads. Guess when the last time I changed heads I did not enter in any numbers at all....

Printing out text from FlexiPro 7.6 designed in photo shop also does the same thing when designed in Flexi,, Installed new heads, capping station, pump just a few days ago. I am using 3rd party ink,,,not having this issue before.. Can anyone shine some light on this??? Thanks,,

That is what I thought until,, maybe the vinyl I got is old,, cause with one pass it would not cut through, so I setup the cut for 3 passes, worked like a charm.. Maybe with more down force would of cut through...

Client wants some perforated vinyl decals on cab rear window...I never had to contour cut this vinyl, just wondering what glade to use, or should it be just hand cut? I's not and easy vinyl to cut. I was thinking maybe set it up for 3-4 passes on the cut.. anyone??

I have a Cj-500 and been using it for years,,,Conversion has nothing to do with it...Possibly you may have it installed wrong,, not seated properly... I would take out the pump and reinstall it again and make sure the tubs are clear from any gears...If the lines clogged up it should still work...

Markus could be right,,,also it sounds like you may not have enough down force, or set the blade a bit lower, also instal a new blade and check pinch rollers if they tight and not worn =,,, see if that helps any
