It this all on the same roll of media or do you get it on others?
I can't say I've seen this happen on our S80 (yet) after ~5 years of printing.
Have you tried to run a media calibration? It should adjust both axes of print.
Weird... nearly everything over here is done by direct bank transfer with zero fees. Sure you can use a CC if you want, but the merchant will get hit with a fee however it's legal to pass that onto the purchaser here too.
We don't do a lot of card transactions but our worst case fee is 1.2% on...

Everything over here is done electronically and virtually instantly these days.
Yep, we printed on it with our VS-540 all the time when we had it... works fine with EcoSol MAX inks.
You might need to test a few profiles to see which one gives the right ink coverage.
There are two 10 channel heads in the S80600... all colours are duplicated across both heads. A nozzle test print will show this.
Calibration comments above should still be accurate.
150C is a planetary gear sensor error. This sits under the CR unit (carriage where the heads are attached).
I'd suggest a service call for this one as there is a lot of work involved.
Yeah, we own 10.2 and 12.2 and got quoted over AUD$7k to upgrade (1 grand format, 2 wide format, 1 cutter). Don't let yourself get more than 1 version behind or they will bend you over very hard to get back up to date.
