Our method is as follows, print 3 vertical tiles, use a liner cutter and make a 10 cm cut in the middle of the tile vertically, use laser guide to align, fix the tile from the middle first then go side ways, etc.....

I had an HP9000s in the past which is technically almost the same as E-64S except for the print heads, it was a great machine.
Recently I had a visit to OKI demo room and saw the E-64S, the output was fast, smooth and almost dries instantly.

I'm looking for a new printer to use for excellent quality backlit SEG silicone edge textiles like ones in Apple stores as well as EZ tube strtch fabric back drops. I can't decide best technology to use Direct disperse on textile, U.V or Sublimation.
