I have an unkown brand of UV ink printed on acrylic. We painted a mathews silver metalic on top of it and its reacting to the ink. The ink seems to pop up or pinch up. Does any one know what causes this and what I can do to fix it?

How does the VuTek PressVu 200/600SC compare to the QS2000 or 3200? Will it print 400SQr FT/hr decently?

One more issue I have sometimes is at the begining of my print on ultraboard. I get a dark streak on the first pass. It goes away sometimes when I clean the heads and dry them. sometimes it dosn't. Anyone got an Idea what causes this and how to fix it?

Trying to setup a 400x800dpi profile and it keeps printing duplicates of the calibration chart. Any ideas on what causes that? And will it do the same for 600x1200 dpi. I normally run in 300x600 and don't have these kinds of problems. Thx CWB
