You can do the nozzle wash for up to 99 minutes automatically. If you want to do overnight, set the time to 2 minutes, and when the actual soak starts, power off the Main switch.

Clean the encoder strip itself with acetone and a microfiber cloth. Clean the encoder sensor by sliding a thin cloth moistened with isopropyl alcohol back and forth in the slot and dry with air pressure. Be sure the encoder strip is centered in the slot on the sensor when reinstalling the sensor.

I would suggest you replace the print head ribbons. Swapping the ribbons and blowing the other fuse pretty much narrows your issue down to those ribbons.
