This is for a big company that has one of these signs at their Nashville location. Now they want one at every location, and they are to be made by each locations sign guy. I was asked to re-create the sign for the business in my area. Here's a partial image of the one in Nashville.

The sign background is vivid blue, so black or red letters won't show up too well. Pretty much the normal clear lexan changeable letters....except the numbers need to be white. I'm finding black and red.

I'm working up a quote and the sign will require letter track with 10" tall white numbers on 12" tall clear background. My suppliers offer red and black, but didn't see white. Will need three of each 0-9 12" clear background 10" tall white numbers Anyone know if there is a supplier for these...

Thanks for the replies. I agree...frosted or dusted would have been the way to go on customer number one. Have a couple rolls of 18" frosted and dusted, but the door was 30" so I went with what I had and did it in one piece with laminate. Don't think he really knew what he wanted to start with...

Hi tac tape for small decals, medium or low tack for the larger ones. I had a speed press at my old job, not sure it's tacky enough to pick up some vinyls.

A pan face would probably make a big difference. I think they make a diffuser film you could suspend between the light and face to spread the light.

I really have no idea, but how large will the banner be, and is it for just one photo shoot? If they rinse it off after using it, it would probably hold up pretty well. Maybe laminate or a clearcoat like Frogjuice would help from scrubbing the ink off. Could encapsulate the print with 1/4"...
